"We had a very difficult large tree in our backyard that was leaning towards our house. We called one tree company to come out and take care of it and made it seem like it would be easy to do. Mind you I have a stump and another tree blocking any access from any equipment to the problem tree. When they came out to do the job he took the lift from the front of the house and trimmed 4 branches and left without saying a word to me. We decided we need to call a different company. We had another company come out and they were very honest and said they couldn’t help us because they couldn’t get their equipment to it. We found Checotah Tree Service. The owner came out when he said he was and was the only company that suggested to removed the tree that was in the way to be able to get to the problem tree. He even gave us a deal to remove it. The crew showed up on time and did everything and more that they said they were going to do. The job took two more days than expected because of how difficult the tree was. The crew still hustled and worked non stop even in the heat we have been having. The price never changed because of the extra time spent on the job. It was a little more expensive than other company but worth every penny. When they completed the job they left my yard cleaner than it was when they got here. If it wasn’t for pictures you would never know we had trees in our yard. I would highly recommend Checotah Tree Service and will call them for any of our tree needs."

We had several large trees taken down, 4 of which were up against and spread out across the top of our roof and several more needed trimmed up. It was 2 solid days of the guys working their butts off. Everyone was very personable and his foreman is impressive in his use of the equipment. Our driveway is very tricky and the foreman made it look easy. They did such a great job of cleaning up when they were done, honestly, they left my yard better than they found it. "We had a very large elm tree leaning toward our patios and house. We called Checotah Tree Service and they came out and did a great job. The tree was in a hard spot between a chain link fence and a car port with branches coming way out over carport and almost touching our patio. We also had 2 small fish ponds we covered to keep debris out. They used a bucket truck and started by cutting the limbs off and hanging them off the bucket and lifted over the fence to drop. They never dropped any branches on anything and the tree trunk was sawed down in pieces to keep from hitting anything. Nothing was damaged and when they cleaned up they cleaned the hard. No branches or leaves left behind. Great service, great guys and would give them 5 stars. No one could do better in my books. Thanks to Jeff and his team."
